This kit contains a sheet of A3 transfer paper with the different motifs ready to iron on to the fabric of your choice, as well as full instructions, a stitch map and stitch guide. It does NOT contain thread or fabric. While you may get less predictable results on darker fabric you can always experiment (there's a test strip included in each kit). You'll need to have a good quality iron that gets properly hot, and then you can expect at least three or four impressions from each transfer, so you can build up unique patterns and images.
